Payments are posted based on the POSTMARK on the envelope. If the postmark is January 31st or earlier it will be tracking as timely. If necessary, you will need to have the Post Office 'manually' stamp the postmark.
Note* Court costs are not included in statement totals. If paying online, you will want to ensure the payment clears your financial institution.
